Terms and Conditions 

SHIPPING within the USA

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for shipping your order. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email, with tracking number, through our online shop. 

All orders within the US will ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. For time-sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available, at additional cost. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on weight and requested shipping method. We ship international orders via DHL express or UPS air service and provide the tracking number once we process your order. Taxes and customs fees may apply at the time of delivery. Studio Carta is not responsible for these charges. All orders are shipped from our studio in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, USA. 

RETURNS

Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not share or sell your information to any third party and the information collected is solely used for necessary contact purposes.
